Vanvino®
International Textiles

DESIGN, MANUFACTURING, TRACEABILITY & SUSTAINABILITY

Vanvino International Textiles SL believes that the future of textiles is built on responsibility, quality, and enduring design. We design, manufacture, and distribute products for hospitality, home fashion, and custom projects, combining craftsmanship with innovation and comprehensive supply chain management.

01 Atelier model

We are not a large, generic manufacturer. We are a strategic manufacturer that works project by project, adapting each development to the client's identity and objectives. We support established groups and private label and white label brands—large and small—providing context and support in technical decisions. We also support entrepreneurs in launching their collections, providing technical criteria, structured processes, and industrial viability.

Products : sheets, towels, duvets, pillows, protectors, decorative cushions, bedspreads, blankets, tablecloths, napkins, cloths, etc. of any fabric, color or size.

Our clients are located in : Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, USA, Australia, Morocco, among others.

02 Medium and high range

We understand all business models, but at Vanvino, we don't compete on mass-market price. We focus on professional and handcrafted finishes, high-quality feel and drape, and a superior customer experience. We champion durability over rapid consumption.

We bring harmony to the present to leave a positive mark on the future. We create textiles that combine quality, sustainability, and design, serving customers who value aesthetics and responsibility equally.

03 Comprehensive management and control

The process from start to finish:

  • Design and conceptualization : brief, textiles, color, finishes, packaging.

  • Fabric purchasing and production control : weaving, dyeing, printing, finishing.

  • Tailoring, labeling, and packaging ready for Retail and Hospitality.

  • Logistics and delivery to destination , with specialized international partners.

Like large factories, we work with a network of fabric producers and garment workshops with extensive experience in fashion and home, leveraging existing resources to create value without increasing our footprint. We act as an independent manufacturer and development house; we do not represent large factories.

04 Design with an international vision

We transform business needs into high-quality, brand-consistent textile solutions:

  • Creative direction applied : the mood board to the sealed sample (lab dips, hand-feel, trims).

  • Product engineering : selection of fibers, weaves, densities (TC), weights and processes to optimize feel, strength, pilling, shrinkage and maintenance.

  • Agile manufacturing : batch-to-batch color and quality repeatability; clear tolerances and AQLs.

  • Trend reading : color & materials with a focus on usability, rotation, and aesthetic longevity.

  • Personalization : Embroidery, screen printing, jacquard, labels, and custom packaging to enhance your brand.

05 Craftsmanship, traceability and transparency

We work closely with weavers and small workshops in northern Portugal and Spain. We carry out every step—production or purchasing of the fabric, dyeing, printing, tailoring, and finishing—under high standards of quality and social respect. This proximity allows us to design each collection and respond quickly and consistently.

06 Pragmatic Sustainability

We recommend fibers and processes that reduce impact without sacrificing performance:

  • Responsible fibers : organic cotton, linen, TENCEL™/Lyocell, hemp, optimized technical blends.

  • Dyes and finishes with lower water/energy consumption and cleaner chemistry.

  • Design for durability (fewer refills, less waste) and for real maintenance (industrial/hotel laundry).

07 Certifications

We work with subjects that can accredit:

  • OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (chemical product safety).

  • GOTS – Global Organic Textile Standard (certified organic cotton).

  • GRS – Global Recycled Standard (recycled content and traceability).

  • BCI – Better Cotton (best practices in cotton cultivation).

  • FSC® for responsible paper/cardboard packaging.

  • ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 in industrial partners (quality and environment).

Note: We indicate certifications when applicable to each reference or supplier. Transparency is part of our service.

08 Logistics

We work with logistics partners covering the entire world and major international hubs. We manage procedures, origin documentation (EUR.1), packaging, and deliveries, so you only have to receive the product at your facilities.
